E. coli Protein Purification

Designed a set of experiments to express a protein derived from the E. coli sequence, which is purified with the HisTag for nickel affinity column purification.
Utilized the entry code b2836 in the E. coli DNA for the gene RefSeq, then identified the restriction enzymes Nde I (522) and BamH I (510) to efficiently cut the pET14b expression vector between the T7 terminator and HisTag.
