A “superfan” in a professional context is someone who genuinely supports your work. They speak well of you when you are not in the room. They recommend you for opportunities. They think of you when something relevant comes up. They do this because they genuinely believe in you and they have confidence and trust in your work and in you as a person. Such a superfan never needs to be asked for their support, they just do it.
