 Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
Shorter lists get done
Make a list, then make a small list from that, then a smaller list from that. This will get your tasks done faster or get them done at all. It always feels nice going through everything that needs to be done and coming up with a complete list of tasks. Having everything down on paper, though, has this conflicting feeling of relief that you now know what to do and the overwhelm of how much you now have to do.
