When was the last time you really thought about that question? Work takes up so much of our lives, yet most of us focus more on what frustrates us than what we enjoy. Even if you genuinely like your job, those few stressful days often overshadow the many good ones. And if you have been doing it for years, it becomes even easier to stop noticing the things that used to make you proud or excited. We focus so much on what’s missing or going wrong that we completely forget the things we once looked forward to.
