Spending time with colleagues outside the office can be tricky. On one hand, it can strengthen the existing bonds and make working together smoother. On the other hand, it can really blur boundaries and pull you into unnecessary drama, or even create awkward dynamics when you are back at your desks the next day. Some people prefer to draw a firm line between work and personal life, while others lean into every happy hour or weekend plan. Neither extreme works well.
