Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
Are you married to the project?

Are you married to the project?

There is something powerful about committing to a project. At first, it feels like the project is alive because of you and you keep pouring yourself into it. Long hours are usually involved, there’s sacrifice of other opportunities and your days are constantly planned around keeping it going. It becomes more than a project to you and it feels like a piece of you. You even imagine the results before they happen and you push through all the difficult parts because you believe it will pay off.

Log on to the SMDP Portal to view this "Mentor Moment" and don't forget to discuss this topic with your mentor/mentee - or share this content with someone else who can benefit from it.
