Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
Your career shouldn’t be your identity

Your career shouldn’t be your identity

Work is an important part of life, sure, but it’s not the only thing that makes you who you are. Your value isn’t determined by your job title, salary, or professional achievements. You are more than your career - you are your experiences, relationships, interests and the impact you have beyond the workplace. If your sense of self is entirely tied to your job, then any shift in your career can leave you feeling lost.

Log on to the SMDP Portal to view this "Mentor Moment" and don't forget to discuss this topic with your mentor/mentee - or share this content with someone else who can benefit from it.
