Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
Why consistency beats intensity every time

Why consistency beats intensity every time

When chasing success, it’s tempting to go all-in with intense bursts of energy. After all, isn’t it better to give it your all in a short time than to make “painfully” slow progress? Not quite. Yes intensity can provide immediate gratification and generate impressive results in the short term, but it rarely leads to sustainable progress. Consistency, on the other hand, might not feel as thrilling, but it delivers steady results over time. Why is this the case? Because small, repeated actions compound into significant achievements, while sporadic, high-intensity efforts often fizzle out.
