Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
Personal purpose

Personal purpose

Personal purpose isn’t a single destination, nor does it magically appear after a moment of deep introspection. For many of us, purpose evolves over time, shaped by our experiences, values, relationships and even our uncertainties. It’s the thread that runs through our daily choices, giving even small actions meaning and providing a sense of direction in the midst of the noise of everyday life. Purpose isn’t always grand or easily defined; it can be as simple as encouraging a team member to do their best, or balancing a fulfilling career with time spent with loved ones.

Log on to the SMDP Portal to view this "Mentor Moment" and don't forget to discuss this topic with your mentor/mentee - or share this content with someone else who can benefit from it.
