Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
Wish you were someone else?

Wish you were someone else?

In moments of frustration or self-reflection, it's common to look at others and think, "If only I were more like them" or "I wish I could be someone else." This sentiment is often fueled by comparing ourselves to others and feeling as though we fall short, in areas like success, appearance, or happiness. We tend to forget that our perceptions are often distorted by external appearances and the grass may not be greener on the other side after all.

Log on to the SMDP Portal to view this "Mentor Moment" and don't forget to discuss this topic with your mentor/mentee - or share this content with someone else who can benefit from it.
