A significant shift in strategy affects many people - your team, other departments, your leadership team, patients and more. You can ensure a smoother transition by involving all of these spheres throughout the process.

Provide all parties regular updates and ask them how you might improve the process. Each tier will have a unique perspective that can be invaluable in finding the most innovative resolution.

Think of your company as a school of fish. When they change direction, they move in unison, and this protects you all from predators. You’ll want to change direction collaboratively making sure that everyone involved is informed and moving in lockstep. This will keep your efforts focused and give you the best chance for success.
