The new year invites us to pause and assess the journey so far. Start by reflecting on the goals you set last year: What worked? What didn’t? Be honest about why some goals fell short - was the timeline unrealistic, is it possible the goal wasn’t truly yours but something you felt you should do due to external pressures, or did life take an unexpected turn? Maybe those ambitions no longer align with the person you’ve become. Recognizing these factors helps you understand what changes are needed moving forward.

Realigning your goals means focusing on what holds meaning for you today. Are your aspirations still in tune with your current values? Is your personal or professional path fulfilling? Revisiting these questions will help you refine your focus, discard outdated ambitions and create space for goals that reflect where you are now. You can then move forward with clarity, focusing on goals that genuinely resonate and inspire action.
