Imposter syndrome is a good sign

Section 3 : The myth of ‘ready’

100%

A common belief is that confidence should come first. That you should feel ready before you take on something big. Real confidence, though, is built through experience. You don’t wait until you feel like you belong; you do the work and belonging follows. The irony of imposter syndrome is that the very thing making you feel unqualified - being in a new or challenging space - is the thing that will ultimately make you more capable.

If you never feel like an imposter, it might mean you’re avoiding growth. Don’t wait until you feel 100% ready. Show up, do the work and let experience build the confidence that self-doubt tries to take away.
