Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
Do things differently to think differently

Are you stuck in a cycle of repetition, facing the same old problems with the same tired solutions? Many of us find ourselves stuck despite our efforts to break free. One of the common issues often lies in our tendency to persist in the same methods while hoping for different outcomes.

Admittedly, there are occasions when our ability to effect change feels limited, particularly within large organizations where policies or structures adjustments may be beyond our reach. However, this doesn't render us powerless. Even within the confines of our specific roles, there exists ample opportunity for transformation. We do have the power to enact change within our own spheres.
