Maybe you’re not being ignored

Section 1 : You might be giving off “I’m good” energy

25%

You answer everything with “all good.”
You never ask for help.
You’re quick to move on from small talk.
You’re rarely seen at non-work events.
You don’t follow up when someone doesn’t respond and you just let it go.

To you, this might feel like being efficient. Respectful. Focused. But to others, it reads as: This person doesn’t want company. They’ve got it handled. They’re not looking for connection.

People mirror what they think you’re comfortable with. If you seem distant, they’ll keep their distance. If you seem indifferent, they’ll stop checking in. Over time, it’s not that they ignore you, they just stop thinking of you as someone who’d want to be included.
