Sometimes, growth looks like a dead end. You put in the effort, you do everything right and still, things don’t work out. It feels like regression, but maybe it’s redirection. Maybe you weren’t supposed to break through that wall. Maybe you were supposed to realize it wasn’t your wall to break.
Other times, growth looks like losing confidence. The more you learn, the more you realize how much you don’t know. That’s uncomfortable, but it’s also necessary. If you never question yourself, you never evolve.
And then there are the times when growth looks like doing nothing. Not forcing a decision. Not rushing to fix something. Just sitting in discomfort long enough to understand what’s really driving you. Because growth isn’t always about action. Sometimes, it’s about patience.
