Summary
There are plenty of individuals who apply for jobs blindly, interested only in getting hired for whatever they can. They go to interviews with little prep work beyond what they did for the initial application. Sure, they get the interview, but if they have little to no idea what or who they’ve applied to, will they really get the job? The more you know about the companies you’re applying to, the stronger you can tailor your resume to fit what those companies are looking for.
